I got all the pieces together after a lot of last minute issues and
announced the first public version of my Rasqal RDF Query Library. It's free, portable, fast and does RDQL out of the box, no triple store required - just Raptor for parsing. If Redland's plugged in, you get a faster again indexed store. The main use I want it for is inside Redland, querying over persistent Redland triple stores. That's working right now and the next thing I'll release, which might take some time since WWW2004 is starting next week.
