Seems like I edit a document describing an RDF syntax macro language according to RDF, pedantry, and the web by Bill de hÓra - kinda cute description.
The N-Triples
test case syntax for RDF which I also edit,
has a very close 1-to-1 with the RDF concepts and clearly
shows there are no (XML) namespaces in RDF itself and thus you can't
import things from them.
(Aside: I still don't understood what
owl:imports implies). It's
correct that the
RDF Semantics are just
a semantics, just like RDF/XML is just
a syntax, but they are both the current
state of play and RECommended (soon I hope)
starting places.
