Various people noticed and linked the Semantic Web Metro Map by Tim Berners-Lee. Not sure if it says much on it's own without Tim explaining it! The latest talk he used it in was WWW Past & Future that he gave to the British Royal Society 2003-09-22 in a slide titled Applications connected by concepts.
