DAML+OIL Web Ontology Language (Submission to W3C) is mondo bizarro.
The DAML+OIL reference description defines daml:collection by example only and is out of date re parsers
The Axiomatic semantics has very wierd formatting; not sure if that is a conversion from something else
The reference description could not be found and the web site returns one different document
And all of this is debatable since Lucent won't give a Royalty Free license on anything they may have patents on
Lucent are actually one of the copyright holders of the first document
